Order Processing

We process and ship orders, Monday-Friday, excluding US Holidays.
Standard Orders: Orders placed before 12:00PM CST, Monday-Friday, typically ship same day. Allow for 1-2 business days extended processing time in high-volume
Allow for 1-2 business days extended processing time in high-volume periods.
We carefully inspect all products for defects from manufacturing. If shipment is delayed due to a defect discovered, we will contact you via email!

Note: Carrier delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates are calculated at Checkout.
International Shipping available (may be subject to additional fees once shipment has arrived at destination country).

Local Pick Up

Available in Georgetown TX and North Austin, TX area.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout. Typically 4-7 days in continental US. Tracking information will be provided via email once processed.

International Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lost Horse Coffee is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping Damages / Lost or Stolen Packages

Damages During Shipment

If you believe a package was damaged during shipment, please take photos of damages and retain all original packaging. Contact travis@losthorsecoffee.com and we will assist with the claim with the carrier. Carrier resolutions can take 2-3 weeks.

Lost or Stolen Package

If your package was delivered to an incorrect address or was stolen, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will assist with the claim with the carrier. Please retain any evidence of lost or stolen package.
